Who we are

DealSafi Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. We operate the DealSafi M&A compliance platform at dealsafi.ai. Data protection contact: legal@dealsafi.ai.

What we collect

Name, work email, company, and role when you request access. Analytics data via analytics tools. Deal workspace data processed on behalf of customers (customers are the data controllers for their deal data).

How we use it

To respond to access requests, provide and improve the platform, comply with legal obligations, and send the Guardrail Intelligence Report if subscribed. We do not sell data. We do not use customer deal data to train AI models.

Your rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and Kenya KDPA you have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection. Contact legal@dealsafi.ai. We respond within 21 days.

Data retention

• Access request data: 24 months
• Deal workspace data: 12 months post-close (standard) or up to 7 years with extended retention add-on
• Audit chain records: permanent

Security

AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, per-customer KMS keys, annual penetration testing, SOC 2 Type II in progress.
